About the product

Product overview:

The JYWQ series electric submersible waste pump with an automatic mixing device is manufactured as per GB/T 24674-2009 Waste submersible motor-pumps. It is of a lower pump structure, with two sets of independent bulk mechanical seals, a wear-resistant silicon carbide grinding block, a stainless steel rotating shaft, standard stainless steel exposed parts and 10 m long cables. Based on a common submersible waste pump, it is added with an automatic mixing device. When the motor is in operation, the automatic mixing device will rotate with the motor shaft to generate a strong mixing force to mix the sediments in the sewage tank into suspended matters, suck them into the pump and then discharge them, thus improving the anti-blockage and sewage discharge capabilities of the pump, ensuring one-time completion of drainage, waste discharge and silt removal and saving the operation cost, therefore, it is an advanced and practical environmentally-friendly product.

Product use

It is mainly applicable to discharge of seriously polluted factory and commercial wastewater and used for drainage systems of urban sewage treatment plants, hospitals and hotels, sewage discharge stations of residential areas and civil air defense systems, municipal engineering and construction sites, rivers and pools.

Operating conditions:

1 The flow at the outlet of the electric pump shall not be greater than the rated value (i.e. the pump shall be used within the specified lift range);

2 The submergence depth shall not exceed 5 m, otherwise, it shall be stated when the order is placed;

3 The water temperature shall not exceed + 40 °C;

4 The pH valve shall be 5 ~ 9;

5 Rated voltage: 380 V or 660 V, with a permissible fluctuation of ± 10%; frequency: 50 Hz;

6 Volume ratio of solid-phase matters in the fluid: < 2%, kinematic viscosity: 7×10-7 ~ 23×10-6 m2/s, max. density: 1.2 × 103 kg/m3.
