About the product

A thin steel wire with a length and diameter within a certain range added to enhance the performance of concrete. Guangya produces high-performance steel fiber with its own brand. It is introduced into the production line from Korea, and it is made of water-soluble adhesive to bond into the shape of cluster. We call it cold-drawn hook-ended glued shaped steel fiber.

This kind of fiber is evenly dispersed in mortar or concrete, forming a new type of multiphase composite material. The diameter is usually between 0.5 - 1.0mm and the length is 30 - 60mm. The ratio of length to diameter is 30 - 100. These randomly distributed steel fibers can effectively improve the tensile, flexural, impact and fatigue properties of concrete, and make concrete have good ductility. At the same time, there are special-shaped anchorage ends at both ends of steel fibers to enhance the bonding force with concrete. The effective transmission and distribution of stress at the anchorage ends during the deformation of concrete is that cracks are reduced to tiny scattered cracks.

  1. The steel fiber is directly added to the belt, and the whole row of steel fibers as a whole is evenly dispersed in the corner of the concrete.
  2. The water-soluble adhesives begin to dissolve in a row of steel fibers in the precondition of dispersions, and then disperse in every corner of the monofilament fibers, showing the perspective of the concrete in the fiber mesh, which plays an integral role in strengthening.
  3. Compared with monofilament fibers, glued steel fiber are not bound, ensuring that the fibers in concrete do not coalesce and distribute evenly.


Bonded steel fibers mean that the loose hook-end fibers are bonded together in a row. The huge difference between loose fiber and cemented fiber is that the former is prone to clogging and the latter is easy to disperse evenly. Due to its excellent tensile strength, bending shear strength, high toughness, resistance to cracking, impact and fatigue resistance, it is widely used in buildings, roads, bridge beams, tunnels, airport runways, water conservancy engineering, prefabrication, military engineering, blasting, corrosion-resistant structures, etc.
